DEAR GUESTS!

You spend your vacation in a private apartment. We' ve given us trouble with the device and hope that you enjoy a wonderful holiday here in our apartment. Following house rules should give aid where we describe how we envisage the use of the apartment and the inventory in the ideal case.
We have also listed some relief to our rules that we hope they will find your understanding.
By a proper treatment of housing will help us continue to provide you with a beautiful holiday apartment.

General:
If you miss something in the facility or need help, contact your trust in us.
All things that are in the apartment or balcony or part of it, may and should be used by the guests. Please be gentle with the entire setup and inventory.
The tenant has to treat the property carefully and to take care to adhere to his fellow passengers, the rental conditions

Kitchen:
Please note that utensils are only in the clean state again admitted in the cabinets, the same applies to cutlery, pots and equipment you have used.

Waste:
Since we are required to sort their waste, we ask you to help us. Questions on waste management, we are happy to answer your arrival. If you do not have properly disconnected the garbage we have to collect a fee of 5.00 € per kilo.

To the smokers:
Smoking is prohibited in our apartment. Damage such as burn marks and holes in or on furniture, flooring, bedding, tablecloths, etc. means that we have to place it at the replacement value accounting. This is not included in the rent.
Therefore, we may be only smoke on the balcony, there is also the ashtray.

Key:
The key to your apartment fit to the front door and ski room. Please enter your key is not out of hand. If you lose the keys of the tenant liable to the extent of the replacement cost.

Skis and ski boots:
Please make the skis and ski boots in the ski room. Access to the apartments is prohibited with them. The landlord does not accept any liability for stored there and parked matters.

Bath:
Please, no hygiene products, and no food scraps disposed of in the toilet. For a small mite wash and dry your clothes we.

Rest:
In the spirit of good neighborhood, we ask that is respected by clock 21:30 - 7:30 clock the night.

Damage:
No one intentionally damaged property, but it can happen to anyone, that once
something breaks. We would be pleased if you let the damage and we find that, not only after your departure, with the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement cost.

Parking:
If the Guest a parking space in the yard or parking lot of the board, is made available is, by no custody agreement. For loss or damage on the board of land motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the board and their contents shall not, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence. This also applies to agents of the board.

Visitor :
For security reasons. Visiting other guests (not live in the house) are not allowed

Departure:
The apartment is in clean condition given by the l andlord. We want a clean swept return. All rubbish in the apartment is separate. Give us 1 day before your departure the waste. The apartment should be left on departure by 9.00 clock. Exceptions are previously agreed with the landlord.

Please note:
Sorry, we do not have electronic collection opportunities, so that can not be paid by credit card!  The balance to be paid on arrival!

The landlord is not liable for valuable items of the tenant.

The rental next to the hotel costs linen bed linen, towels, tea towels, toilet paper included (unrepeatable).

By booking the apartment, we assume that the house rules is recognized.
